How do we book your services?

It’s simple, just decide whether you wish to have a Direct or Simple Funeral and follow our online booking form now. Please note that even though the booking form has been submitted, you are not tied to the service. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.


How do I Pay for your services?

A Direct Funeral is payable in full in advance where as a Simple Funeral only Third Party Fees are due upfront prior to your loved one to be conveyed into our care. The remaining balance is due within 30 days following the funeral. If you are seeking help from the DWP and may not have the deposit, this can be discussed via phone call. A full estimate will be provided for any of our services prior to funeral.


What time do you finish?

Typically our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday but given the nature of our business we understand that you may need to contact us outside of these hours. What’s a Hearsette?

A Hearsette is a specially adapted vehicle to convey your loved one, typically an estate shaped vehicle.


How many people does your Limousine carry?

Our Limousines can carry a maximum of 6 passengers.


Can I choose the Crematorium?

Of course you can. Please note that Crematoriums costs can vary and is subject to location.
